Spring Lane School @ Milltown House
Introduction
Milltown House is based in Bury Town Centre and makes provision for KS4 pupils. Milltown has a small teaching facility on site and connects pupils to vocational programmes based at Bury College, Bolton College, Achieve Training, Music for Young People, Military Standard, and Princes Trust. Additional activities are delivered by youth workers to engage pupils who have very poor attendance where the mainstream curriculum is felt to be inappropriate.

Uniform
Pupils at Milltown House are not required to wear a uniform. Should their vocational programme require protective wear or a uniform pupils are expected to comply with each programme.
Milltown House pupils can be placed across various sites and all have an individual timetable detailing all lessons up to a maximum of 25 hours per week.
Curriculum offer
Pupils have a core offer of English, Maths, and Science. ICT and Art are also offered from Milltown House. Pupils placed across colleges and training providers can select from various vocational options based on their career aspirations.
